Jill ensures her "Southern Traditions in Every Jar"and also adds a modern interpretation to many recipes. She uses only the freshest fruit whether local wild blackberries or tropical fruits from across the world. She never adds corn syrup or food colors. Each batch is hand stirred by Jill herself using the small batch method which makes on average 7 to 10 jars each time. Thus, Jills Jams and Jellies ensures a quality product each time.
